How does shared shuttle work ?
We try to group your booking with other passenger arriving/departing with the same flight or landing/departing close to each other when possible.
Is there waiting time at the airport on shared shuttle basis ?
yes, around 30 – 45 minutes – time starts running after first passenger meeting our driver at the airport outside.
Where is the pick up on shared shuttle basis to/from Liberia Airport ?
We offer door-to-door Service with exception of the back road of Tamarindo, for example DreamSea and Casa Cocoon.
What happens if my flight is delayed/canceled or I missed my connection flight?
We track all arrival flights and will acommodate your arrival accordingly. If you miss a connection flight or your flight get canceled please inform us via E-mail to avoid no-show charges.
Which currency are your Rates ?
Our rates are in US $ – you can pay either US$ or Colones – please check your confirmation after booking for the current exchange rate.
Why do I provide my CC information ? Does my card get charged ?
No, your CC is not charged. You provide your CC information to secure your booking as a guarantee for service for both ends.
In some cases (prepaid services) you will receive a payment link where you pay through our bank with your credit cards or debit card to complete your booking.
Have Tours to be prepaid ?
yes, all tours and activities are prepaid in order to secure your spot on the tour.
Why do I have to prepay shuttles to Jaco/SJDS/Monteverde/Arenal/San Jose/Manuel Antonio/Nosara/Samara/Montezuma/Sta Teresa/Puerto Viejo?
We operate this routes with sister companies, all transfers have to be prepaid at least 1 day transfer.
Do your rates apply taxes ?
Yes, 13% tax.
Are pets allowed on shared shuttles ?
On shared shuttle basis due to other passengers allergies etc its not allowed, but on private services, please inquire in for rates.
