Visa Run Service to Nicaragua
About the Service
Visa Run service consists in a round-trip transfer to the Nicaraguan Border including CR exit tax.
This service has been created in 2012 for our community members who need to renew their passport stamp every 90 days.
We operate the visa run every Sunday at 6 AM with a minimum of 5 passengers and the minimum has to be reached Friday night 7 PM.

Payment & Reservation Policy
- Visa-Run-Ticket-fee must be prepaid by Saturday
- Your credit card details secure your seat (NO immediate charge)
- Payment link sent once minimum 5 passengers reached or by Friday
- Cancellation: Email reservations@tamarindoshuttle.com by Thursday (3 days prior)
- No cancellation by Thursday = automatically confirmed Friday 8 AM
- If minimum not reached by Friday 7 PM, you'll be notified by email
Requirements
- To Enter Nicaragua: Valid passport + $18 cash (small bills recommended)
- To Re-enter Costa Rica (after Sep 2023): Bus/flight ticket showing departure within 180 days
