Vandara is located at the North East of Liberia,a short 2 hours away from Tamarindo on the slopes of the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano.

Begin your combo with a 45 minute horseback ride passing the organic garden, orchards and then through jungle trails admiring the beautiful views of the scenic landscape of the mountains and volcano. Keep your eyes peeled and try to spot deer, armadillos, raccoons, anteaters and tropical birds. Once you reach the top of the mountain your eyes will feat on breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Your horseback ride finishes at the first canopy’s platform where you’ll start zipping through the jungle traversing 10 cables and 11 platforms, often with the river beneath you.
For the intrepid, there’s the 400 m water slide down the hillside with twists and turns ending in a warm pool. This experience provides a refreshing rush of adrenaline in a breathtaking setting.
To finish off your day, you’ll spread rejuvenating, warm, volcanic mud on, then soak in the hot springs.
